Naturo 80

Naturo 80 is the evolution of Naturo 76. The greater installation depth takes thicker glazing units and improves the thermal performance of the whole structure.

The timber, ethically sourced, is bonded in several laminations for better structural performance and greater durability. Four coats of lacquer protect the window from the elements.

Window profiles

Three profile designs for the same system. The choice sets how the window reads on the facade, without changing thermal performance.

Perfil GregoGreekA pronounced moulded frame, for facades with traditional character
Perfil Belgium B RetroBelgium B RetroA rounded external edge and classic proportions — the profile most often chosen for refurbishment
Outward openingOutward openingA sash that opens outwards, typical of older buildings and coastal construction

Choice of materials

Timber laminated in three or four layers is more stable than solid wood, does not move with humidity and allows arches and curved shapes.

Solid timberSolid timberSolid pineNo visible joints, long sections free of natural defects, made for clear varnishes that show the grain
Finger-jointed laminated timberFinger-jointed laminateFinger-jointed pineDefect-free sections joined end to end by finger joints: maximum stability, ideal for opaque finishes

SKLO technical note: above a 3 m opening, or with strong sun exposure, we recommend 80 mm laminate — the dimensional stability is worth the extra cost

Glazing bars

They give a window character and echo classical architecture. We choose the type according to the look you want and the energy performance required.

Structural timber glazing barStructuralTimber bars in the sash colour, physically dividing the opening into panes
Glazing bar inside the sealed unitInside the glassAluminium bars inside the sealed unit. Widths of 8, 18, 26 and 45 mm
Glazing bar bonded to the glassBondedBonded to the glass with a warm-edge or silver central spacer, in the sash colour

With external aluminium cladding the bars are aluminium outside and timber inside — less maintenance, with the warmth of wood indoors

Available colours

Ten finish samples — nine shown in pine and one in raw meranti. The finish can be a stain, a RAL colour, clear lacquer or raw timber, and the full catalogue shows the palette on the other species we work with.

Thermal performance

Uw de 0,81 W/m²K on the reference window, with Ug = 0.5 and an Ultimate spacer. Accepts glazing units of 34 a 44 mm, and the natural mass of the timber also helps to damp outside noise.

Applications

Single-family homes, refurbishment of heritage buildings, and projects where the joinery design is part of the architecture. Configurable with a Belgian or Dutch profile, as a monobloc version or outward opening.

Finishes

Pine, spruce, meranti and oak. Finished in a stain, a RAL colour, clear lacquer or raw timber, always in four coats applied in a spray booth.
