EnglishMaking a window that lasts decades is not magic, it is process. Over more than 21 years we have built two factories and a production system in which every stage is verified before the next one starts. Here is what happens from the moment raw material arrives to the moment your window leaves for installation.
Technical excellence rests on three pillars: in-house manufacturing across two factories, precision CNC machining, and quality control at every stage — nothing leaves without being checked.
Choosing the raw material
It starts with the right material: laminated timber from certified sources, PVC and aluminium profiles from the best European brands, and high-performance Saint-Gobain glass. A window can never be better than the materials it is made from.
Cutting and CNC machining
Profiles are cut and machined on CNC centres, with tolerances to a tenth of a millimetre. That precision is what makes leaves fit perfectly and seals actually work — something manual production cannot guarantee at scale.
Assembly and hardware
At assembly we fit European Roto and GU hardware, the glazing with its warm-edge spacer, and the seals. Every window is tested opening and closing before it moves on to finishing: a leaf that does not run well goes back.
Quality control
There are checkpoints at every stage: dimensions, squareness, finish, sealing. Only once a window passes all of them is it packed and prepared for our installation team. That discipline is what lets us offer a ten-year guarantee with confidence.
