Salamander GreenEvo 76 3D
Timeless design and top-of-range performance in a 76 mm PVC profile with 6 chambers and 3D reinforcement.
GreenEvolution windows and doors combine best-in-class figures with a timeless design, taking triple glazing — two of the panes can be low-emissivity — for extremely high energy efficiency, excellent thermal comfort and very good acoustic insulation. The profiles are made without phthalates or plasticisers, which makes them stronger, longer lasting and more UV resistant. Available in several opening types: tilt-and-turn, fixed, bottom-hung, sliding and top-hung. Uf of 1.1 W/m²K and Uw down to 0.77 W/m²K (Ug = 0.5 glazing, warm-frame spacer).
Technical characteristics
Reference figures for the system, measured in the laboratory and confirmed in our own production.
* Uw quoted for the 1230 × 1480 mm reference window with a warm-edge spacer. The exact Uw for your opening depends on the dimensions, the opening type and the glazing chosen.
Profile section
A 76 mm structure with 6 chambers and steel reinforcement, three levels of sealing and warm-frame technology to remove thermal bridges.

- 76 mm of construction depth, with 6 insulating chambers in the frame and the sash.
- 3 seals that ensure tightness against air, water and wind.
- Ready for triple glazing, two panes low-emissivity, for maximum efficiency.
- Profiles without phthalates or plasticisers — stronger, longer lasting and more UV resistant.
- Uf of 1.1 W/m²K · Uw down to 0.77 W/m²K (Ug = 0.5, warm-frame spacer).
Variantes GreenEvolution Flex
Two design lines on the same technical base — choose the profile that best suits the architecture.

Vidros
Glazing units have at least two panes; the cavity between them can be filled with noble gases (argon or krypton) and coated with metal oxides. With the warm profile we reach a heat transfer coefficient down to 0.3 W/m²K.
A single cavity with two panes — the standard for base window and door systems.
A double cavity with an extra pane that significantly reduces heat transfer.
An acoustic interlayer that cuts noise, with thicknesses tuned to damp specific frequencies.
Laminated and/or tempered glass — stronger and harder to break through.
Selective, absorbing or reflective glass that limits the light and heat coming in.
Ferragens Siegenia Titan
The mechanisms responsible for opening, closing, ventilating and securely fixing the windows — for comfort, security and durability.
Height and pressure adjustment, smooth handle movement and less wear on components.
A polyamide base, high strength and long service life.
With a polymer bush that reduces wear and does not damage the seal.
Flag or roller type: it takes load off the hinges so the sash always closes correctly.
Smooth operation, protection against misuse and against slamming.
System junctions
Five junctions of the system to scale: frame, sashes and mullions. Click to enlarge.

Available colours
Ten reference finishes, from smooth surfaces to textures with a timber feel. The full range is available in the showroom.
Thermal performance
Uw de 0,77 W/m²K with Ug = 0.5 and a warm frame, Uf of 1,1 W/m²K. Construction depth of 76 mm and six chambers in frame and sash.
Applications
Houses and high-efficiency buildings, where the six chambers and the centre seal justify the extra cost.
Finishes
Two design lines, Classic-line and Round-line, with decorative foils and wood effects applied in the factory.
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to the most common questions about Salamander GreenEvo 76 3D.
What is the thermal performance of GreenEvo 76 3D?
Uw de 0,77 W/m²K with Ug = 0.5 and a warm frame, Uf of 1,1 W/m²K, sobre 76 mm de profundidade construtiva and six chambers in frame and sash.
What sets the GreenEvolution line apart?
The profile is made from lead-free greenline material and comes in straight (RL) and classic (CL) design variants, so the look of the window can be matched to the facade.
Which hardware is used?
Siegenia Titan, with three-dimensional sash adjustment, trickle ventilation and burglar-resistant locking points around the perimeter.
Which glazing can be fitted?
Double or triple glazing, including acoustic, solar-control and laminated safety build-ups, always with a warm-edge spacer.
What is the lead time and the warranty?
Manufacturing typically takes 3 to 4 weeks after the survey and order. Installation is carried out by our own team and the system carries a 10-year warranty.
