Thermal and acoustic performance in a duplex by the sea
In this duplex apartment the main goal was to secure maximum thermal and acoustic performance, given the permanent exposure to the sea air.
Systems used
- Cortizo 4600 lift-and-slide for the sliding systems, chosen for its high thermal insulation and weathertightness;
- Cortizo 70 for the remaining windows;
- Saint-Gobain COOL-LITE® XTREME 70/33 glass, for efficient solar control and greater comfort inside the home.
Glass balustrades on both floors
Once the windows were installed, the client was pleased with the result and also entrusted SKLO with the glass balustrades for both floors of the apartment, completing the whole glazed envelope with a solution consistent in design and quality.
